Jakub is the owner and chef of Marshal Food in Szczecin, Poland where traditional dishes are intertwined with their entirely plant-based counterparts. Such an extended vegan menu is a result of Jakub’s will to promote social responsibility in business, as well as to educate his guests and introduce them to new flavours and recipes. According to him, introducing such a plant-forward offer was a great idea, and the interest among customers is still growing.
On a local level chef Jakub Mołda cooperates with organizations Roślinniejemy and Chefs for Change Poland.
