A millennial, professional chef, engaging in cooking and nutrition research, practicing a healthy diet, participating in food education courses, working for Peace Hotel, one of the landmarks in Shanghai Bund. She had the opportunity to participate in a state banquet and have designed an ecological art dinner many times. Fiona has been working with the new farmers, educators, artists, designers to discover delicious local food with ecological consciousness.
