Dominika's passion is baking, or more precisely, plant-based baking. She runs the Tygrys Tygrys (eng. Tiger Tiger) baking studio, where all baked goods (especially donuts) are 100% plant-based and delicious. Dominika created a dessert for the final Chefs For Change dinner in Warsaw.
On a local level chef Dominika Targosz cooperates with organizations Roślinniejemy and Chefs for Change Poland.
